    Your home, on the record

Everything about your home lives in a drawer, an inbox, and your memory.

The appliance manual is in a kitchen drawer, the warranty is buried in your inbox, and the roof's age lives in your head. Habyn is the durable, free record of the home you live in: appliances, warranties, documents, repairs, and costs in one place, so the answer is there on the day you actually need it.

One free home of record, built to last.

    Appliances and warranties

Log every appliance and its warranty, and get reminders before coverage expires so nothing lapses unnoticed.

    Documents in one place

Keep deeds, permits, receipts, and manuals together, searchable and ready when you actually need them.

    A 10-year cost forecast

See big-ticket items like the roof and HVAC laid out over a decade, so the next major cost is never a surprise.

Shared with whoever else needs it

Homes are rarely run by one person. A spouse, a sibling on an inherited property, or an adult child handling a parent's house can hold the record with you, so it does not live or die with whoever set it up.

    Every repair on the record

Log maintenance as it happens and build a dated history of the home: what was done, when, and what it cost. The record that answers questions years later.

    How it works

    1. 01

      Add your home

Create your home's record in a few minutes. No card, no commitment.

    2. 02

      Log appliances, documents, and costs

Capture the things you would otherwise forget: appliances, warranties, key documents, and what your home costs to run.

    3. 03

      See what is coming

Your forecast fills in as you go, so the next big cost, the roof or the furnace, shows up on a timeline instead of arriving as a surprise.

    Questions homeowners ask

    Is it really free?

Yes, and it stays free. Habyn is free for the home you live in, with no card and no time limit. It is not a trial. You only pay if you rent a unit out.

Is my data private and mine?

Yes. Your home's record belongs to you. It is yours to keep, and we do not sell it.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can fill in a few details about your home, you can use Habyn. It is built to be simple.

    Is it Canada only?

Habyn is built for Canada, with deep Ontario coverage to start. It is currently in beta, and we are expanding as we go.

Can my partner or family see the home's record too?

Yes. A home can be held by more than one person, which matters for couples, for siblings who inherited a property, and for an adult child managing a parent's house. The record belongs to the home rather than to the account that created it, so it survives the person who set it up going quiet.

What if I rent it out one day?

Then it grows with you: landlord tools unlock on the same account and your home's data carries forward, with nothing re-entered. That is also the point a paid plan starts. If you never rent it out, your Home plan stays free.
