Create your account
Sign up at inspect.habyn.ai/signup with your name, email and a password. It is one Habyn login, so if you already have a Habyn account, sign in with that instead.

Set up your firm
Name your firm and choose your booking link, then add your services and your availability. A starter template is ready so your first report does not start from a blank page.

Publish your first 5 reports on the trial
The trial includes 5 published reports. Bring your contacts in by CSV and your past reports as PDF or HTML, then run a real inspection end to end.

Can I use this today?
Yes. The inspector platform is live at inspect.habyn.ai: booking, agreements with e-signature, report writing with AI drafting, invoicing, automations, team permissions, metrics and the client portal. Sign up, set up your firm, and your first 5 published reports are on the trial.
Can I bring my existing work with me?
Yes. Import your clients and agents by CSV, and your past reports as PDF or HTML, filed under their jobs. Your templates start from Habyn's starter template, which you adapt to how you write.
Does Habyn process my clients' payments?
No. You invoice in Habyn, with your tax rates and discount codes, and record payments as you receive them, so paid and due are always clear. The money itself moves the way it does today; Habyn never holds it.
Is there a mobile app?
The inspector app runs in the browser, on a laptop, tablet or phone. There is no separate app to install, and report writing needs a connection.
How is this different from the inspection software I already have?
Most inspection software is good at getting the report out, and several have client portals and post-inspection offers. What none of them has is a record of the house that the homeowner owns and keeps adding to, across the years and across inspectors.
